With 7 bedrooms, 5 in the main house with king beds and en suite bathrooms, the villa is the ultimate in luxury to host 14 people. The main foyer also comes with a state of the art sound system rivaling the clubs in Los Angeles. It has seen the likes of Tiesto, Deamau5, and Erick Morillo playing in it, and also helped launch the brand Rockstar Energy drink.

The bottom level also includes a state of the art theatre room complete with wet bar. The gourmet kitchen, designed by one of the designers of Porsche, has the finest in kitchen appliances.

The house is located at the highest point on Sunset Plaza Drive, one of Los Angeles most prestigious streets in the Hollywood Hills. It puts guests just within a short 10 min drive to LA’s finest restaurants, shopping on Sunset Blvd., nightclubs, and Rodea Drive in Beverly Hills.
