This house enjoys an open living area on the main floor with a modern kitchen, comfortable seating area, and a dining area for 8. Keep the glass doors open to hear the sounds of the sea and the playful tropical birds that inhabit the property. Outdoor patio area with chairs for relaxing.
All three bedrooms are on the upper levels amidst the natural greenery and flowing trees. Please note this home has AC in the bedrooms only and we ask you limit it to night time use. We are in an area that is off grid and electricity is precious. We do our best to conserve energy to preserve this beautiful area we live in. This is one of the ways we minimize our footprint.

The Villa has use of the communal pool, communal rooftop overlooking the sea, and the onsite yoga space.
